This fantastic illustration was recently created by Vanessa Dell for Greenhouse Management Magazine.
Featured in their latest issue and accompanying their 'State of the Industry' report, Vanessa's artwork perfectly illustrates the important issue of difficulty in finding reliable and qualified staff
Vanessa tells us a bit more about the commission,
"We based the cover on the Guess Who board game. I had to come up with characters representing a mix of ethnicities and ages, (I named them myself as it was hard not to give them a proper identity!)"
