Grocer Magazine commission Sharif Tarabay to create a portrait of Tesco's Dave Lewis.

Sharif was asked to produce his illustration in the style of a Chinese/Russian poster, which he has done brilliantly here, giving the piece a sense of leader and his ranks ready for work.
