On a quest to find a dish worth traveling to every state in America for, the editors at Conde Nast Traveller Magazine have highlighted cuisines that you wouldn't really be able to get anywhere else. Their mission was to go beyond the classics with food that says something more about the community of the state, and in some cases, it was so hard for them to choose that they also included honourable mentions. Amber's part in the piece was to complement the vast examples with her delicious artworks, illustrating dishes such as Californian Oaxacan cuisine, Maryland's Salvadoran cuisine and North Carolina's Ocracoke cuisine.
