Paddington in Peru

Andrew was commissioned to create a series of five photorealistic black and white images for the latest Paddington film which premiered in the UK last Friday.

Collaborating with Executive Producer Tim Wellspring, Andrew illustrated scenes from the fictional 'Home for Retired Bears,' featuring humorous and meticulously posed bears engaged in everyday activities, such as the knitting circle and the rambling society. These vintage-style photographs were displayed on the film's set and make appearances in various scenes.

Balancing realism with whimsy, the art adds a charming addition to the beloved Paddington universe. The final pieces were met with delight and both Andrew and IllustrationX were included in the end credits.
