A Mural for Ravenna

Commissioned by Taylor Studios, Shiane was asked to connect the community with its landmarks and agriculture, in this mural based on Ravenna in Michigan.

Now displayed in the Muskegon Area District Library on the back wall of Storyville beside the barn, the mural measures 91 x 96 inches and shows the church, the river, the harvested fields and the community hall, with a fresh Spring palette.
