Spring Issue
Client: Psykologi magazine
I was commissioned by Psykologi magazine (The Finnish Psychological Association) to illustrate the cover as well as the theme article for the Spring issue. I was asked to create illustrations around the idea of psychologists in the media. The theme included the magazine cover, a half-page illustration for the opening article and one spot illustration. Pictured here is the cover of the magazine as well as the illustration for the opening article.

Tilda Rose is a Finnish-American illustrator who is based in Helsinki. Creating her artworks by hand using natural media such as gouache, acrylics and watercolors, her imagery has a wonderfully imaginative folksy, tactile and spontaneous feel to it. You can sense the passion of the artist behind it, and a strong desire to create.
