Illustrations created for “Empowered: A Journal for Teen Girls” by Charmaine Charmant an NYC confidence author and digital creator. The illustrations represent famous figures including Amelia Earhart, Michelle Obama, Mae Jemison, Malala Yousafzai, Helen Keller, Rosa Parks, Oprah Winfrey, Serena Williams and more. The journalling book has prompts to inspire self-reflection and confidence in pre teen and teen girls. It’s divided into four sections: I Am Curious, I Am Resilient, I Am Unique and I Am Brave.
