The HUAWEI MatePad Pro 天生会画 is a drawing app designed for professional illustrators. Yixin felt honoured to be asked to create this landscape drawing titled “溪山观瀑,” which translates to 'Viewing the Waterfall Amid Streams and Mountains', "It was inspired by the Chinese painting from the “Auspicious Cranes” series, by Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty." Says Yixin. "I used strong and thick lines to capture the essence of the mountains with its own brushwork. For the coloring, I chose vibrant colors to give the image a more Chinese aesthetic feel."
