Label design of Avant-Garde's Cacaophonie brown ale

Cacaophonie

Avant-Garde release a brown ale infused with Peruvian cacao in a can designed by Laura Greenan.

In time for Easter 2024, the Montreal-based brewery launch an ale produced in collaboration with a local chocolate maker who uses cacao sourced directly from small producers in Peru.

Laura was asked for a vibrant, loud and trumpeting beer label that had an Easter vibe and vibrant pastel colours, but no bunny rabbits! She says, "I created a maximalist and celebratory design featuring patterned Easter eggs, a couple of Peruvian llamas and the Qantu flower, the national flower of Peru."
