Team IllustrationX and our Wednesday Huddle

Each day we get together to talk about our favourite bits of good news that day and chat through any stucks we may have and solve them together as a team. 

On Wednesday we have a longer chat where we spend some time talking business and also laugh together, making time to focus on our brand values and ourselves as a team, we call it our Wednesday Huddle. At each Wednesday Huddle we all like to think of a theme to connect us all, one week it might be a Pyjama meeting or a silly hat meeting, other times we all pull out our favourite book to share with each other or even just take time to share some tea and biscuits together.
