Hannibal Buress

The portrait was for Kathryn's ongoing collaboration with the arts and culture publication, where each month she's assigned a portrait of some notable Chicago-based person, to create both a portrait for the print magazine and an animation for the online version. She adds, "This month’s assignment was for comedian Hannibal Buress, a really lovely, smiley fellow. The portrait is full color but the lines-only approach worked very well for the animation!" See the animation here.
