WIA Awards Shortlister!
With her self-initiated book 'Porcelain', Sija Hong is shortlisted in the prestigious awards.
'Porcelain' was inspired by a famous Chinese ancient documentary novel collection - 'Records of Taiping Era' which was written in the Song Dynasty. It covers real historical events, adapted mysteries and is based in the style of Chinese traditional art using imaginal aesthetics. Sija says, " I try to explain my understanding of writing through my own language using traditional brushes, ink and Adobe Photoshop."
