La Prairie Live Portraits
Sunny Gu travels to Seattle to draw live portraits of skincare brand La Prairie's customers.
The event took place at Nordstrom Bellevue where La Prairie have just launched a gold-infused treatment called Cellular Radiance Perfecting Fluide Pure Gold. To support the product, clients were treated to a live portrait by Sunny 'in a golden light' – rendering their likeness in golden hues. Sunny says "I had so much fun live-illustrating lovely customers in gold acrylics and watercolor paints, it was an unforgettable experience!"
