Fangfang Han is a rising star in contemporary illustration whose work across editorial, publishing, children’s books, illustrated maps and animation has led to a portfolio of wonderfully accomplished work. Her colourful, graphical style is unique and flexible – bringing fun and excitement to clients around the world.
Born in China, Fangfang is based in London and is a graduate of the Illustration programme at the Kingston School of Art. In 2024, she won a World Illustration Award in the New Talent category for her animations featuring the London Underground. Alongside her image-making and animation skills, Fangfang is a natural storyteller who easily adapts to a wide range of project topics.
Clients enjoy working with Fangfang because of her creativity, clarity and communication skills. Her influences include comic artists such as Hergé and Sempé, mid-century printmaking, Disney classics as well as the Zagreb, Aardman and Chinese paper-cut styles of animation.
