Launched at the end of 2024, the Hay DoorDash En La Casa campaign celebrates cultural flavours, family traditions, and the joy of sharing meals. Developed by Gut Miami for DoorDash, the campaign features vibrant background illustrations created in collaboration with the talented Brazilian studio Blackmadre.
Gina was one of three Hispanic artists selected to contribute to this U.S. campaign, which highlights cultural connection through food, embracing heritage and diversity. If you live in Miami, Los Angeles, or Houston, you may have already spotted it on the streets.
For her contribution, Gina designed a bespoke pattern inspired by her Colombian heritage, drawing on the country’s remarkable floral diversity. At its heart is the orchid, Colombia’s national flower, surrounded by fluid, organic shapes that pulse with the energy and spontaneity of Latin culture. The design also honours Latin cuisine, weaving in some of Gina’s personal favourites - from tostones to yuca and guacamole, reinforcing the campaign’s bold, flavourful identity.
