Mid-Autumn Porcelain

Yixin was commissioned by Jaeger-LeCoultre to create an exclusive porcelain plate for the Mid-Autumn Festival, celebrating the joy of reunion.

Drawing inspiration from Van Gogh's iconic "The Starry Night," Yixin incorporated dynamic, symbolic patterns that evoke a sense of charm and spectacle. The plate, titled "月映寰宇" (The Moon Reflects the Universe), reflects both the rich tradition of porcelain in China and the cyclical beauty of time, mirrored in its moon-like shape.

Combining Art Deco influences with a dreamlike landscape, the design highlights the joyous occasion through intricate dots and circular motifs.
