James Bond Goes East

Marguerite was asked to illustrate an episode of the series which takes place in a Singapore casino and to invent the characters in a way that hadn't been seen before. James Bond wasn't to look like any of the actors that had played him over the years and Moneypenny, in the front row is presented a black woman. Giving the cover a film poster look, Marguerite was inspired by the compositions of old James Bond posters.
