Christmas in the Philippines

This Filipino themed pattern illustration is by Alyssa de Asis for Inspiredby.

The piece for local brand Inspiredby contains elements of a traditional vibrant Christmas celebration in the Philippines. Alyssa continues, "...Such as the colorful stars, called Parols, that hang outside the houses, the food always eaten during this season and some other more familiar elements such as the Carol singers, Christmas trees, etc. 'Maligayang Pasko' means Merry Christmas in Filipino." The illustration is used on gift wrapping, gift cards and postcards and are available locally at some shops in the Philippines and online worldwide at Inspiredby.
