The UK edition of this fascinating book was out last month and includes various scenes drawn with Alyana's energy and animation. She made many drawings which were whittled down to ten final artworks, used for both the cover and chapter openers. She says "It was a bit of a challenge to constrain my spontaneous lines to present more tamed images, yet in all it was a great experience and enjoyable drawing process!" The book written by Rina Mae Acosta and Michele Hutchison explores why a recent UNICEF study of child well-being reported that Dutch children came out on top as the happiest all-round.
