Book Cover Competition

Exciting news! Orion Books and Illustration Ltd have teamed up to discover the next step in book cover illustration.

Open to 2^nd year Illustration students across the UK, we’re challenging them to redesign the cover for one of these three fantastic books:

Sophie’s World by Jostein Gaarder

Some Kind of Fairy Tale by Graham Joyce

Best Knickers Always by Rebecca Perkins

The winner will have the opportunity to work with the award-winning Art Department at Orion Books and have their design appear on a book. They will also win a 12 month mentoring course from Illustration Ltd, who will provide support with their portfolio so it’s ready for graduation, and they can visit the agency in London who will option their work for future representation.

The competition is open now and students have until 10 April 2015 to submit their entries.

Submissions can be entered via the Orion Books website. Terms and conditions of the competition are available on both company websites. The judges' decision will be final. Judges will be announced at a later date.
