Duncan Beedie makes a series of illustrations for Norway's Sparebanken Sør.

The regional bank in Southern Norway wanted some images to make their website more in keeping with the friendly and accommodating nature of the place and it's people. Duncan based the characters on a family group spanning three generations showing them getting up to outdoor pursuits that are common in the region -  such as hiking and fishing, as well as tackling financial issues like buying a home and getting a car loan. Duncan says "I was given a free reign on the style and tone so tried to get some humour in where appropriate (such as the sinking fishing boat for the insurance section). In all, it was a very rewarding job and it was great to see the illustrations go live so quickly." The art can be seen in use here.
