L'Altra Catalan Animation

Kavel Rafferty art directs and creates the drawings for this charming animation.

New Catalan publishing company D'Altra Editorial commissioned Kavel to tell the story of the difficulties faced getting a book published.  Using the owl character from their logo (also designed by Kavel), we are led through the trials the little bird faces doing just that. Kavel says "It's great to see one of my drawings come to 'life'. I'd love to work on more animation". Having designed five of D'Altra Editorial's book covers too, we think they are pretty pleased with Kavel's work!  See the animation.
