Passenger Terminal World magazine commission Stuart Holmes to illustrate a variety of characters for a feature on passengers' individual needs.

The article explores the concept of airports taking a more tailored approach to their marketing by looking at individual needs as opposed to scatter gun mass marketing promotions. Stuart says "The end result was to illustrate a large group of people whilst also highlighting that they are each unique, and each with niche requirements. Subsequently a handful of the character illustrations were used as pull-out profiles to further highlight their individuality."
