Bethesda Hospital in Basel, Switzerland briefed Kathryn for illustrations depicting Pregnancy/Birth, Women's Medicine, Back Ache and Rehabilitation.

Befitting for Kathryn's style with its elegance and fluidity, the client's aim was to "Create simple, dynamic drawings that also work moving on social media/web. They would still need to have a naturalistic touch, but also an artistic quality.”

Kathryn adds, "It’s not typical of my work, in that the line is uniform and not calligraphic, due to the technical constraints imposed by the need to animate as a continuous line. But they still have a lovely feel to them."
